Are you feeling off but you’ve heard “your labs are normal?” Trust us, we’ve been there and we’ve heard that line too many times to count. We use cutting-edge labs to measure the level of dysfunction in the body so we know exactly where to get started and how to create a custom healing protocol.
We look at your lab results under a magnifying glass to make sure we’re looking at the entire picture of your health.

We’ll work together for 90 days to help you uncover the root cause of why you’re feeling the way you are and work together to coach up health. Working with us takes the guesswork out of the equation. Our packages include monthly one-on-one sessions and functional lab testing to measure the stress and hormone response, leaky gut, digestion, detoxification, oxidative stress, and/or thyroid health.

DRESS Protocol
Every client gets a custom DRESS for Health protocol. This is our customized approach that addresses the five pillars of health. We’ll provide you with a custom approach to address Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation. You’ll have all the resources you need to set you up for health success and we will be here to guide you each step of the way.
Supplementation
While we firmly believe in the power of natural supplements, we also understand that supplementation is only 25% of our healing approach. You’ll get lab-guided supplementation recommendations, but we tailor these based on your individual case, budget, and preference.
Our goal is to have you take the least amount of supplements as possible for the least amount of time. The price includes up to 90 days of supplements. Plus, all clients get 15% off their supplements when ordering refills through our dispensary.
We believe in full transparency for everything in life, so we’ve provided a ballpark of price ranges below for our services so you have an idea of the financial investment. However, each client is unique and so is our approach, so we have all of our potential clients book a complimentary discovery call with us to figure out the most economical and efficient approach for you. The price varies from client to client depending on several factors.
Working with us can cost anywhere from $1k up to $4k and financing is available through Advance Care.
Lab Testing
Lab testing that is offered allows us to get a full picture of your health so that we can create the most powerful healing protocol, unique to you.
Our lab screenings include stool testing, blood testing, hormone testing, leaky gut testing, thyroid testing, vitamin status, and much more.
Using cutting-edge labs across North America, some labs will be collected at home while others may require you to visit your local Quest Diagnostics.
Fitness Tracker
All of our packages include a Fitbit wearable fitness tracker so that you can gain continuous insights on your health and wellness.
Monthly Meetings
Accountability is key to every healing journey. We will meet twice a month to check in and do any protocol tweaking if necessary.
