How much does it cost?

The price varies from person to person depending on the client’s main complaints and case complexity. The amount of lab testing needed is what determines the price. The price range varies anywhere from $1k to $4k for a 90-day program. This fee includes lab testing, DRESS protocol, lab interpretation, supplements for up to 90 days, unlimited email support, two meetings per month, and a Fitbit fitness tracker.

Do you accept insurance?

We don’t accept insurance. We hope to one day accept insurance but at this time many insurance companies do not recognize natural medicine or alternative healing modalities as billable services. Depending on your HSA, however, you may be able to use those funds to pay for some of our services including supplements and lab testing. Some clients have had success in submitting their labs to insurance for reimbursement, but this isn’t guaranteed, nor common.

Financing is available through Advance Care.

Do you offer financing?

We offer financing through Advance Care credit card. You are more than welcome to finance our services on your own through sites like PayPal, but at this time we do not offer in-house payment plans.

How soon before I start to see results?

This depends on the person. We all heal at different rates. However, we operate on the belief that it takes one month to heal for every year the body has been sick. So if you’ve been feeling bad for a year, you should theoretically start seeing results in just a couple weeks. If it’s been ten years you’ve been feeling bad, for example, then it can take up to a year to fully heal. It also depends on how diligent you are in following your protocol and making the recommended lifestyle changes. But again, everyone’s different. The more labs you run, the more healing opportunities could potentially be uncovered. This answer is in no way a guarantee of what results you will experience.

My doctor recently ran labs, can’t I use those instead of buying more?

We run labs to asses levels of function in various body systems such as hormones, immune, detoxification, digestion, etc. The labs that your doctor ran are used to screen for disease and rarely look under the same rocks we do. However, if you have labs from your doctor, we encourage you to submit them with your intake paperwork to add to your case review.

What makes Nourish Integrative different than other things I’ve tried?

Quite a few things actually. While your primary care provider does their job well, their job is different than hours. We are using cutting-edge lab testing to find areas of dysfunction and then developing precise lab-guided healing protocols to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. We are your personal health detective charged with looking under every rock to look for clues on what’s causing your symptoms. However, we put a lot of work into your case, but at the end of the day, its dependent on how much effort you put into following the protocol.

Do I have to work exclusively with Nourish Integrative?

No. In fact, we aim to be only a part of your entire healing journey. While we hope to be the last stop in your healing journey, we do encourage all of our clients to share their test results with their primary care provider so that they can remain in the loop. Depending on what’s discovered on your labs, you will be advised if they are something you will need to show your doctor. As part of our DRESS protocol we may recommend acupuncture, chiropractic, personal training, or other healing modalities.

Will I finally receive a diagnosis?

No. FDNs are not doctors. We don't diagnose and we don't treat. Instead, we help our clients to build health. And we do that by teaching them how to create balance and what will restore lost function. And it is the labs we run that show us where and how much function has been lost. We don’t believe that a diagnosis is necessary if you accurately identify all of the healing opportunities in your body and address them accordingly. We’ve helped many people just like you overcome their symptoms and regain their health and vitality.

How do you order labs if you’re not a doctor?

Since we operate on a client-centered approach, the client is essentially self-treating which means they are self-ordering labs, we’re just ordering on your behalf. Through our medical director program, we have access to thousands of lab testing that is authorized and signed for on our behalf by a licensed healthcare professional who we work directly with. Direct access lab testing has become much more accessible over the years and this allows individuals to essentially order labs for themselves, with the exception of certain states like New York. Regardless of how the labs are ordered, our well-trained practitioners will help you interpret the test results and use them as a guide in creating a custom healing protocol.

If I don’t feel better after 90 days, can I get a refund?

No. And the reason why is that health isn’t guaranteed. It’s a lengthy journey in some cases, not an event, meaning it will take time and effort, especially on your part. But what is guaranteed is you no longer have to guess or trial and error until you’ve figured out something. We will be with you every step of the way telling you exactly what you need to do to obtain optimal health. But ultimately it’s up to you to follow through and follow the protocol. We offer a proven DRESS protocol that has helped thousands and thousands of people get better.
