Anyone enrolling in the Stradtman Family Wellness 90-day program until 04/20/2023 will be eligible to receive a complimentary Fitbit Inspire 3 or applicable fitness tracking device.

Terms and Conditions: You must be actively enrolled in a 90-day program to remain eligible. If you pay in full, the fitness tracker will be mailed to you within two weeks of enrolling in the program. If you are on an in-house payment plan (3rd party financing is considered paid in full) the fitness tracker will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks after enrolling. The device will be a Fitbit Inspire 3 or equivalent (valued up to $100). Colors and styles may vary.
